Tom - Tom is from Rukungiri, Uganda. He just joined the Center of Hope team as an intern from Heritage International School. Tom is seeking work experience in the refugee and immigration fields for further college study. Tom lived in Sweden for four years studying at Balderskola High school. He has a passion for music, sports, language, education, relationship building and interaction. We are excited to have Tom as a new member of the Center of Hope team.

Pascal - Pascal is from Mbale, Uganda. He has his BA in Community Psychology from Makarere University. Pascal joined Refuge and Hope in January 2011 to help in English teaching and reception management. His passion for people and for the Lord puts him in a strong position to portray the image of Christ. His training in Psychology places him in an advantageous position to assist those recovering from issues related to war and conflict. Pascal was recently engaged to a beautiful Ugandan girl named Lucy. We are all excited for this new step in Pascal's life.

Patrick - Patrick came from Mombasa, Kenya four years ago. Patrick has his BA in Business Computing from Kampala International University. He has been working with the Center of Hope since August 2010. Patrick teaches English and Computer and is excited about heading up the sports ministry this year. He reaches out, encouraging the refugees at the center towards healing and restoration and new beginnings. Patrick will be transitioning as the new project facilitator in Democratic Republic of Congo. He will be working in rehabilitating and empowering ex-child soldiers, children in difficult situations, and girls affected by war in Eastern Congo.
