Answered Prayer

There have been three specific prayer requests that we have continually lifted up since (and prior to) Missy and my arrival seven weeks ago, at the beginning of August. The first prayer was to have the right students join in the classes at the Center. I say “right” because we really desire quality and building relationships, not the quantity of people. Along with this prayer, we had noticed certain nationalities were not coming to the Center. We continued to pray that the Father would send the right students to the Center and that He would draw people from many different communities. Over the past few weeks, sports has allowed us to begin to build relationships with several guys from countries that have limited access to the Gospel. We continued to pray that other opportunities would be given. Just this week, we started a new ESL class and the Father answered that prayer by forming a class of 13 from countries where there is high persecution of Christians. We give praise to the Father and ask that you continue to pray for the students and teachers of all the classes.

The second prayer request that has been continually lifted up over the past two months has been getting a financial program set-up and all of the data up to this month entered. We received an answer as God sent an account to help a friend with his finances but also had a few hours free. She helped properly set up the program to cater to our organization. We can’t thank Beverly enough for helping us. Again, we give praise to the Father.

The last prayer request was Refuge and Hope International’s NGO certificate and registration in Uganda. After two years we are an OFFICIAL NGO in Uganda!
PTL for all that He has done.

Rejoicing with you over these answered prayers and praying! I dearly love these "peoples" you are reaching. I look forward to hearing of more victories in the future.
Keep pressing on and in!
